Austin Jaspers

Austin is the founder and owner of Jaspers Law. He has been practicing law for over half a decade. He represents plaintiffs like you in lawsuits against their former employers and businesses who don’t play by the rules. Austin has made a career representing people who need help leveling the legal playing field.

He started his career working at one of the nations most respected Labor and Employment firms, representing both nationwide and local clients. Austin soon realized that he would much rather help people who needed help instead of only helping those who can afford it. He then transitioned to one of Kansas City’s top complex litigation firms where he helped all kinds of plaintiffs prosecute claims in both collective and individual actions. In 2024, Austin struck out on his own to continue to represent individuals under his own firm. He is proud to use this diverse background to assist plaintiffs in their legal battles.

Austin is licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri in both state and federal court.

Austin earned his law degree from the University of Kansas where he served as the President of the American Constitution Society as well as a Comment Editor on the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. Austin also holds two degrees from Iowa State University in both Political Science and Public Service and Administration in Agriculture.

When not at work, Austin enjoys golfing, running, and hunting upland game with his dog, Ted. Austin also enjoys cooking and enjoying food with his wife, cheering on the Chiefs, Sporting Kansas City, and his Iowa State Cyclones, and spending time with his daughter.
